Group Classes:
Classes are coed, and beginners as well as experienced students are welcome to participate. In group classes, individuals will actively participate with others in the learning, drilling and application of concepts and techniques. Self Defense is a priority, but functional fitness and sport/art applications are also practiced.

Private Lessons:
Private Lessons focus on an individuals specific needs and each lesson is custom tailored to that person. Private Lessons provide clients with the flexibility to train 1-on-1, outside of the regularly scheduled group classes. The focus of each session is up to the individual and can be specific to a skill, style, art, or discipline. Training can be done in person or online depending on the mode of training.
Multiple Sessions are recommended and all sessions are scheduled in advance.
Group Seminars and Workshops
Seminars and workshops are for groups small and large. This can encompass a group of friends, a gym or an entire organization. Much like private lessons, each seminar or workshop is specifically tailored to the group's, needs and wants, and can be specific to a skill, style, art, or discipline.
All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are on-location. Transportation, and hotel accommodations are required in some instances.
